Dr. Annie Fenn, MD
Physician, Chef, & Founder of Brain Health Kitchen
Dr. Annie Fenn is a board-certified OB/GYN who specialized in menopausal health for over 20 years — long before brain health became part of the mainstream conversation.
When her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, everything shifted. She returned to school to study culinary arts in Mexico, Italy, and at the Culinary Institute of America, determined to understand how food could be medicine for the brain.
In 2015, she founded Brain Health Kitchen — an evidence-based program combining rigorous clinical science with practical, delicious guidance that real people can actually use. She has since taught thousands of people how to protect their brain health through the decisions they make every day.


Anja Lee Hall

Anja Lee Hall is a chef, wellness entrepreneur, and metabolic health advocate who has built five successful companies around cooking, food, and health.
She is the founder of Anja Lee & Company, a celebrated virtual cooking and team building company, and has spent over a decade helping people find confidence and joy in the kitchen. A longtime chef for the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers, she understands firsthand how food fuels performance and long-term health. Plus she has competed and won twice on the Food Network.
Anja works alongside Dr. Fenn to translate complex brain health science into practical, delicious, real-life habits. She brings the culinary expertise, the program structure, and the deep belief that eating well should never feel like a sacrifice.
